Retin Active is a sterile 0.2% aqueous solution of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose to apply to tired eyes. It has a moisturizing, soothing, lubricating and protective action. The product protects ocular tissues from oxidative stress caused by unfavorable environmental conditions: stinging (due to salinity or chlorine in swimming pools), irritation (contact lenses, smoke, computers...), night vision, eye fatigue (computers, TV.) ... Properties of the active ingredients: Aloe Vera: Protects ocular tissues from stress caused by unfavorable environmental conditions (dust, wind, smoke, air conditioning, solar and computer radiation) and facilitating ocular well-being. Black Bilberry: The anthocyanosides of blueberry increase capillary resistance by reducing permeability and favoring the repair processes of altered capillaries, reinforcing the chemical bonds of the phospholipids of the cell membrane, stimulating the protein synthesis of endothelial cells. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose: It is a derivative of plant cellulose used in the preparations of colloidal solutions, used as a protector against external aggressions. Witch hazel: Circulation regulator, peripheral vasoconstrictor. Also used in case of ocular inflammation, due to a vascular reaction that increases blood flow to the eye with the formation of hyperemic capillaries (with excess blood), which can sometimes rupture. The action of witch hazel helps prevent redness due to the increase in capillaries on the ocular surface and prevents their breakage.
